Vestas secures conditional agreement for over 1 GW offshore wind project in Northern Europe

Vestas Wind Systems A/S announced today that it has signed a conditional agreement to supply turbines for a major offshore wind power project in Northern Europe.

The project will be executed in two phases and boasts a capacity exceeding 1 GW, surpassing Vestas' current disclosure threshold.

The agreement is contingent on certain conditions, and Vestas has committed to providing further details if the deal becomes firm and unconditional, in line with the company’s disclosure policy.

This announcement marks a significant step for Vestas in expanding its offshore wind capabilities in Northern Europe.
